Shipping time will vary once in the hands of USPS and you can track your package through USPS.com using your tracking number.

Boutique Artesanal Colibri is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Buyer is provided with shipping carrier and tracking number within shipment notification email. Buyer is responsible for communication with shipping carrier to track down lost or missing packages.

If an order is returned to Boutique Artesanal Colibri due to incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship package.
